Mr. Nolan is responsible for assisting in the oversight of KCERA’s investment program with a focus on public fixed income, private credit, core real estate, and hedge funds. Before joining KCERA, he worked at the Oregon State Treasury overseeing the fixed income platform. He held prior positions in the private sector at corporate treasury units leading their investment programs, financial institutions, and an asset management firm. Mr. Nolan has over 30 years of U.S. and international investment experience spanning public market investing, private credit/alternative financings, external manager oversight, capital markets transactions, investment and risk management, and credit analysis. He earned a B.A. and MBA from Columbia University and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut Law School.
