Jan Sublett was hired by KCERA in August 2007, where she worked diligently and passionately as a Member Services Analyst until her untimely death on June 20, 2018. Jan was an intrinsic part of the KCERA family and made a lasting impression with not only her colleagues but also with the members she so graciously served. She faced every challenge, whether it be personal or professional, with an optimistic attitude and a loving and humble heart. No matter the situation, Jan would always Choose Joy. She embodied the servant mentality, going above and beyond to put others first, and unknowingly empowering and inspiring those around her to do the same.
