Mr. Duffey has served as a Recovery Specialist III at Kern County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services since 2018. Previously, he served as the Program Manager for Fresno County HICAP. Mr. Duffey has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Duffey serves as Vice-President of a local non-profit in Shafter, CA. He is on several youth sports boards with his recent addition to the California Youth Football Alliance. Mr. Duffey is also part of the Culture Competence Committee for the County of Kern. Mr. Duffey is active in his community, working with youths, and has mentored many young men in the Grizzly Youth Academy.
