KCERA is celebrating a remarkable milestone—our 80th Anniversary.  Founded in 1945, we have been dedicated to expertly administering retirement benefits, prudently managing the assets of the Association, and delivering quality membership services to public employees, retirees, and their beneficiaries. Over eight decades, we’ve built a legacy of positively impacting countless lives across Kern County and beyond.

While looking back on our history, we remain steadfast in our vision to be a trusted pension partner. Through our commitment to expertise, innovation, and continual improvement, we aim to provide financial security and accurate information that empowers our members. This year, we celebrate the past while looking forward to the future continuing our focus on excellence and innovation in public service.
